Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Carol-Ann Gilliard as Deputy Minister of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and

Recreation, effective July 15, 2025, at Step 13 of the 2320 Point Scale on the

Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary

increases applicable to Executive to apply.
