Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jamie O’Dea
as Deputy Minister of the Department of Education and Early Childhood
Development, effective July 15, 2025, with salary at Step 18 of the 2328 Point Scale
on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general
salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (revoked by OC2025-305)
