Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Gillian Skinner as Deputy Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, within the
Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat, Office of the Executive Council, effective
July 15, 2025, with salary at Step 14 of the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
