Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Heather Tizzard as Deputy Minister of Women and Gender

Equality, Office of the Executive Council, effective July 15, 2025, with salary at Step

25 of the 1988 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
