Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Jeannine Herritt as Deputy Minister of the Department of Seniors, effective July 15, 2025,

with salary at Step 15 of the 2228 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan,

with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive
