Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the

appointment of Gail Boland as Assistant Deputy Minister, Digital Government and

Services, in the Department of Government Modernization and Service Delivery,

effective July 15, 2025, at her current salary and Point Scale on the Executive

Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply.
