Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the
appointment of Gillian Sweeney as Assistant Deputy Minister, Population Health
and Well-Being, in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective
July 15, 2025, at her current salary and Point Scale on the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
