Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Neil Croke as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Emergency Services, in the Department of Justice and
Public Safety, effective July 15,2025, with salary at Step 12 of the 1560 Point Scale
on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general
salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
