Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations, in the amount of $55,000 in each of fiscal years 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, and 2018-19, to facilitate the award of a contract with Bulletproof Solutions Inc. for the service and support of video surveillance services.
