Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations, substantially

along the lines of the payment schedule on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council, to facilitate the awarding of a project agreement with Avalon Corrections

Partners for a New Adult Corrections Facility.
