Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act
Under the authority of sections 10, 13 and 15 of the Canada-Newfoundland and
Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, and in
accordance with subsection 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointment Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the reappointment of
Roger Grimes as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Canada-
Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, for a six-year term,
effective July 3, 2025, in accordance with terms agreed upon with the federal
government.
