Hydro Corporations Act and Corporations Act
Under the authority of section 22 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2024 and subsections
245(1), (2) and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-128, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of the
Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation to provide a general
economic increase for executive employees of two per cent in 2022, two per cent in
2024 and two per cent in 2025, to be applied and made effective on January 1, 2025
without retroactivity for the years prior to 2025, in accordance with the 2025 salary
rates on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
