Under the authority of section 4.1 of the Public Utilities Act and section 5.2 of the
Electrical Power Control Act, 1994, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased
to make the “Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro - Exploits Generation Assets
Exemption Order”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
