Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation

and Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations the amount

of $122,700.00, excluding HST, in each of fiscal years 2026-27 to 2035-36, plus

a percentage increase every five years reflective of the average increase of the

consumer price index, to facilitate a Permit with the Government of Canada to

occupy 4,908 square feet of space in Sheshatshiu.
