Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and
Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations the amount of
$27,033.66 in fiscal years 2026-27 through 2029-30, excluding HST, to facilitate an
agreement with Pitney Bowes of Canada Ltd. for the lease of two mail machines.
