Forestry Act
Under the authority of section 155 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to make the regulations titled "Forest Fire Offence and Penalty
Regulations (Amendment)", a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the
Executive Council.
