Public Procurement Regulations
Under the authority of section 20 of the Public Procurement Regulations, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation
and Infrastructure to proceed with a Design-Build-Finance-Maintain procurement
model for the Trans-Canada Highway Twinning Project, substantially along the lines
as on file with the Clerk of Executive Council.
