Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour

the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,

appoint Bernard Davis as Minister of Families and Affordability;

Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities; and Minister Responsible for

the Community Sector, with effect from August 15, 2025, in addition to his duties as

Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development.
