Livestock Insurance Act
Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 of the Livestock Insurance Act and in accordance
with subsection 21(2)(b) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Director of Agriculture Business
Development, Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, by virtue of the
position, as Chairperson, to the Livestock Owners Compensation Board.
