Crop Insurance Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Crop Insurance Act and in accordance with
subsection 21(2)(b) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to appoint the Director of Agriculture Business Development,
Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture, by virtue of their position, as
Chairperson, to the Newfoundland and Labrador Crop Insurance Agency.
