Public Procurement Act
Under the authority of subsection 15(1) of the Public Procurement Act and in
accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Frank Butler as Chief
Procurement Officer of the Public Procurement Agency, for a six-year term, effective
August 21, 2025, with salary at Step 4 of the 1856 Point Scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
