Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of
Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations
the amount of up to $1,800,000, excluding HST, in fiscal year 2026-27, to facilitate a
potential payment of an honourarium to up to two of three proponent teams to be
invited to participate in the Request for Proposals for the Trans-Canada Highway
Twinning Project.
