Liquor Corporation Act and Independent Commission Act
Under the authority of sections 5 and 7 of the Liquor Corporation Act and paragraph
9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased to reappoint Geoff Davis to the Board of Directors of the
Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, for a three-year term, effective
August 26. 2025.
