Corporations Act
Under the authority of subsection 245(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and
Labrador Hydro to extend the current agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper
to March 31, 2026, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the
Executive Council.
