Public Trustee Act, 2009
Under the authority of paragraph 3(6)(b) of the Public Trustee Act, 2009, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Denise Woodrow K.C.
as Public Trustee, on an acting basis, in addition to her duties as Assistant
Deputy Minister, Legal Services, at her current salary and point scale, effective
