Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and

Infrastructure to provide an easement through expropriated land at Ladysmith

Drive, in St. Johns, to Newfoundland Power and Bell Canada for the provision of

electricity, phone and internet services to the new Kenmount Terrace School and

adjacent homes, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the

Minister.
