Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative

of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Debbie Dunphy as Assistant Deputy Minister, Conception Bay North Response and

Recovery, in the Department of Justice and Public Safety, effective immediately,

with salary at Step 25 of the 1628 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan,

and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to

Executive to apply.
