Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of section 8 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation
Act, 2022 and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Elizabeth Lane as Chief Executive Officer of WorkplaceNL, effective October 30,
2025, in accordance with terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive
Council.
