Under the authority of paragraph 67(3)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the “Indian Head
Hatchery Expansion Project Release Order”, a copy of which is on file with the
Clerk of the Executive Council.
