Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint David Drover
as Deputy Minister of the Department of Finance, in an acting capacity, effective
September 10, 2025, with salary at Step 8 of the 2556 Point Scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply, and in accordance with terms and conditions on file
with the Clerk of the Executive Council. (Revoked by OC2025-319)
