Under the authority of section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, section 9 of the

Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor

in Council is pleased to appoint Nadine Devereaux as Deputy Minister and

Secretary of the Treasury Board, Treasury Board Secretariat, in the Office of the

Executive Council, in an acting capacity, effective September 29, 2025, with salary

at Step 8 of the 2556 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal

step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and

in accordance with terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive
