Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the disposition of property, described as

Lots 34 and 36 Goose Arm Road, Deer Lake, formerly owned by 707865 Alberta

Ltd., a dissolved corporation, to Douglas and Yvonne Lavallee, for the consideration

of $1.00, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety

and on conditions that the Attorney General may determine.
