Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Tourism, Culture,
Arts and Recreation to pre-commit the amount of up to $12,000,000 against its
budgetary appropriations in fiscal year 2026-2027, to facilitate the award of a one-year
contract to Target Marketing & Communications Inc., as the marketing agency
of record, to develop and implement the marketing, advertising and internet strategy
for tourism in Newfoundland and Labrador.
