Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure the Department of Health and Community Services, effective October 29,

2025, to consist of all those functions formerly within the Department of Health and

Community Services, with five branches as follows:

a) Corporate Services, Governance and Accountability,

b) Health Transformation,

c) Population Health,

d) Regional Services, and

e) Professional Services and Workforce Planning.
