Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crovm, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

restructure the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, effective

October 29, 2025, to consist of all those functions formerly within the Department of

Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, with three branches as follows:

a) Tourism and Parks,

b) Arts, Culture, Film and Television, and

c) Sport and Recreation.
