Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour

the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,

appoint Helen Conway Ottenheimer as Minister of Justice and Public Safety,

Attorney General, Minister of Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Management,

Minister of Women and Gender Equality, Minister Responsible for the Access to

Information and Protection of Privacy Office, and Minister Responsible for the

Human Rights Commission, with effect from October 29, 2025. (Revoked by OC2026-051)
