Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Loyola Francis O’Driscoll as Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, with
effect from October 29, 2025.
