Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act, section 3 of the

Financial Administration Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by

Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Craig Pardy as Minister

of Finance, President of the Treasury Board, Minister of Seniors, Minister

Responsible for the Public Service Commission, and Minister Responsible for the

Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, with effect from October 29, 2025.
