Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Christopher Tibbs as Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs,
Registrar General, Minister of Community Engagement, Minister of Environment,
Conservation and Climate Change, and Minister Responsible for Multi-Materials
Stewardship Board, with effect from October 29, 2025.
