Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Arlanda (Lin) Malcolm Paddock as Minister of Jobs and Growth, Minister
of Rural Development, Minister of Immigration, and Minister of Francophone
Affairs, with effect from October 29, 2025.
