Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Andrea Barbour as Minister of Tourism, Culture and Arts, Minister of Sport,
Recreation and Parks, Minister Responsible for PictureNL, Minister Responsible for
the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council, and Minister Responsible for the Pippy
Park Commission, with effect from October 29, 2025.
