Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour

the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,

appoint Mike Goosney as Minister of Government Services, Minister Responsible

for the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Minister of Labour, and Minister

Responsible for WorkplaceNL, with effect from October 29, 2025.
