Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jamie Chippett
as Deputy Minister of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands, effective October 29th, 2025,
at his current salary on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
