Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jamie Chippett

as Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, on an acting basis, effective October

29^th, 2025, in addition to his duties as Deputy Minister of Forestry, Agriculture and

Lands, with no change in salary because of this additional assignment.
