Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Craig Martin

as Deputy Minister of Energy and Mines, effective October 29^th, 2025, with salary at

Step 24 of the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal

step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
