Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judith Hearn

as Deputy Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, in the Department of Education

and Early Childhood Development, to include responsibility for Post-Secondary

Education and Apprenticeship and Trades, effective October 29^th, 2025, with salary

at Step 25 of the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal

step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
