Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Darrin Pike as

Deputy Minister of K-12 Education, in the Department of Education and Early

Childhood Development, to include responsibility for K-12 Education, Education

Operations, Early Learning, Inclusion and Child Development, and Corporate

Services, effective October 30^th, 2025, with salary at Step 25 of the 2328 Point Scale

on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general

salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
