Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Heather Tizzard as Deputy Minister of Jobs, Growth and Rural Development, effective
October 29th, 2025, with salary at Step 25 of the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply.
