Under the authority of section 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and in accordance

with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mike Tizzard as Chief

Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, on an

acting basis, effective October 29^th, 2025, with a 10% promotional increase to be

applied to his current salary, and with normal step progressions and general salary

increases to apply.
