Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Denise Woodrow KC as Assistant Deputy Minister, Crown Lands, in the Department of

Forestry, Agriculture and Lands, effective October 30, 2025, salary at Step 23 of the

2320 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with benefits to include

payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador,

and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to

Executive to apply.
